Pioneer RT-901 Reel to Reel deck review

The Pioneer RT-901 reel to reel deck was released in 1979. A little brother to the RT-909 this silver face fluroscan meter beauty only ran for two model years ending in 1980. Perhaps its most eye caching feature The 901 uses the same display as the CT-F1250 cassette deck of same vintage. The 901 is also 19″ EIA rack mountable. Pioneer RT-909 Reel to Reel deck review

The Pioneer RT-909 reel to reel deck was released in 1979. A big brother to the RT-901 it featured a fourth head and an upgraded auto reverse feature. You really have to ask yourself, whats not to love about these fluroscan meter beauties. The machine is silver face a stunner. The 909 features the same display as the CT-F1250 cassette deck of same vintage and is also 19″ EIA rack mountable.
